James (Jim) Kwiatkowski was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Richmond in 2010 to attend graduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his Master of Science Degree in Health Administration from VCU in 2014 and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner concentration in 2021. Jim has over 14 years of experience working as a nurse in various hospital and outpatient settings including, adult and pediatric bone marrow transplant, adult medical surgical nursing, and adult and pediatric psychiatry. 

Jim provides psychiatric care for individuals across the life span. He has multiple clinical interests including depressive and anxiety disorders, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment. He offers diagnostic evaluation and medication management.
