What We Offer

Our understanding of the complex and interrelated causes of mental illness and mental health allows us to assist patients in identifying, understanding and resolving behavioral health problems.  No two people are alike, so each treatment approach is individualized to the  patient’s needs.  Tucker Psychiatric Clinic provides individuals and families with psychiatric and mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.  Behavioral medicine takes a lifespan approach to health and health care working with children, teens, adults, seniors and families.

Psychiatric Treatment for Adults

There are six physicians who treat adults beginning at age 18 for a wide range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, chronic mental illness, attention deficit disorder and many other psychiatric conditions.  They provide evaluation and ongoing medical treatment.

Individual Therapy

There is one psychologist and four therapists who provide one-on-one counseling to adults.  They treat a wide variety of behavioral health diagnoses especially depression, anxiety, panic disorder, eating disorders, attention deficit disorder and other behavioral health diagnoses.

There are two physicians who provide evaluation and ongoing medical treatment for children and teens.  They treat a wide range of diagnoses including attention deficit disorder, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and many other psychiatric conditions.

Family Therapy

Licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, and licensed professional counselors provide treatment to families.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a non-invasive, non-systematic therapy designed to treat major depression.  It earned FDA approval in 2009.  It is designed to help patients who have failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from at least one full course of medication treatment.  Click here to learn more about TMS.

Marital Therapy

Licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, and licensed professional counselors provide treatment to couples and individuals.
