Insurance Options
The Tucker Psychiatric Clinic participates in plans with most major insurance companies
and managed care organizations including Medicare, Anthem, Healthkeepers,
United Health Care, Cigna, Southern Health, Optima HC, Aetna, PHCS, VHN, and Coventry.

Preparing for your first visit
Scheduling an appointment with one of our professionals is very easy - just call us at (804) 320-7881.
When you arrive for your first visit, you will be required to fill out several forms.
You may download some of these forms or have them mailed to you to be filled out before your visit - see our
forms page for more information.
While it is not essential that these forms be completed before you come for your visit,
doing so will make it easier and quicker for your session to get underway.
Bring your completed forms, as well as any medications or herbal supplements that you are
currently taking, with you on your first visit. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your
scheduled appointment so that you can complete any other paperwork which may not be available
from our web site.
