Ms. Anderson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her B.S. Degree in Rehabilitation Services and her M.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. 

Ms. Anderson specializes in cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy, but uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as motivational interviewing, existential and gestalt. Her special interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, and family relationship issues. She works with children, adolescents and adults.
